"We are excited about the prospect of delivering expanded services to our clients and prospective new clients through the Wilsonville facility"

BEAVERTON & WILSONVILLE, Oregon – March 26, 2013- Stream Global Services, a longtime employer in the Tri-County Area, today announced plans to relocate its local service center from Beaverton to a brand new, state-of-the-art service center in Wilsonville. The company, which first established its presence in the area in 1996, will begin moving to the new facility in mid-summer and expects to complete the migration by late September. The new facility is located at 9275 SW Peyton Lane in Wilsonville.

Stream considered multiple options for its Tri-County Area presence since its current lease expires later this year. Following an in-depth review of options, the decision was made to relocate to an entirely new facility. The move will provide new amenities, greater capacity for growth and a technology foundation that will allow Stream to provide more innovative and effective services for its clients.

Stream provides customer relationship management services including sales, customer care and technical support for many Fortune 1000 companies. Through Wilsonville, it will continue to serve multiple clients in video gaming, retail, and financial services. With the new facility, the company plans to expand service to existing and potential new clients. Current employees will be able to retain their positions following the move.

“One of our top priorities with this move is to make this a positive experience for our existing employees. The new facility offers many exciting enhancements that will result in an even better work experience for our people – and it will help us recruit more great talent from the area,” said Jillene Jensen, the local director of site operations for Stream. “We will work closely with our employees during the transition to minimize disruptions and make them aware of options including public transit, convenient commuting along the I-5 corridor, and ample parking.”

The new facility marks a renewed commitment by Stream to the Tri-County Area. The new Wilsonville facility is being customized to meet Stream’s specific business and long-term growth needs. It also provides new amenities for employees including more training rooms, a new employee lounge/gaming area, individual employee lockers, and new workstations.

“We are excited about the prospect of delivering expanded services to our clients and prospective new clients through the Wilsonville facility,” added Jensen. “At the same time, we really see exciting times ahead for our employees following our move later this year.”
